Duties & Responsibilities
- Duties: Engages in prospecting activities, qualifies leads, schedules and attends meetings with decision-makers, assesses their needs, presents our solutions and gains commitment on training/coaching interventions to meet our targets. Close sales to meet revenue targets while ensuring quality and value. Generate new business from new accounts on your own (self-generated leads), with no assistance to close sales. Be willing to come up with go-to-market strategies and marketing collaterals.
- Allocation: 30% Lead generation, 50% Prospect Meetings, 20% Response to RFPs
- Skills: The ability to convey value, ask powerful questions, build sales pipeline, make effective presentations and close deals. Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
- Competencies: Autonomy and flexibility to work remotely with little supervision. Excellent inter-personal skills to build rapport and credibility with prospective clients.
- Attitude: Results oriented Self-starter, willing to take ownership for individual & organisation goals, excellent attention to detail, show initiative and be accountable for meeting revenue acceleration goals. Win-win attitude focussing on customer delight, nurturing relationships and generating referrals. Follow-up on leads, opportunities and revenue streams.
