“I was absolutely inspired when I heard Manoj speaking on the BBC one morning after having won the World Championship of Public Speaking. His message – the importance of the 5 skills of Connect, Communicate, Network, Lead & Influence -resonated so well that I asked my HR Team to reach out to him to see if we could invite him to speak at one of our future company events.
We then invited Manoj and his team to join our next Townhall event. We had one important message from our side which was the importance of having a “Speak-up” culture in order to drive organizational change and business success.
Manoj grasped the brief and delivered an engaging and entertaining afternoon session where he focused on this message and other important leadership lessons from his Mousetrap book.
It was a creative and thought-provoking introduction and we will revisit many of these ideas as we move forward on this journey”

I was in Manoj’s presentation at the Singapore Project Management Institute Symposium in Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre on 26th March. He is an energetic, engaging and thought provoking speaker who carried the audience (of around 3-400 people) throughout his speech. Don’t expect to sit quietly and doze off in one of Manoj’s speeches – he has the audience up and totally involved throughout and at the end you can’t believe how quick the time has gone. I for one enjoyed the session very much and it was clear that the vast majority of the audience felt the same!

Manoj Vasudevan presented an outstanding closing keynote at the 2016 Corporate Counsel Forum hosted by The American Lawyer and Legal Week at the Four Seasons Hotel in Singapore. His keynote was absolutely engaging, entertaining and thought provoking. Manoj held the rapt attention of the audience of over 200 senior legal counsels from several multinational companies throughout his keynote. He is a world class speaker who charms with his wisdom, experience, stories and innate humour. I also found him easy to work with. I would highly recommend Manoj as a keynote speaker for your event.

We invited Manoj our Regional office for Lunch n Learn session. We walked away enlightened, enriched and energised from his talk. I received great feed backs from my team members too, who received good take ways (the importance of collaboration, we must take leadership in the things we do , do not get trapped in our own thinking, be open minded).
Thanks for taking your time and sharing with us and it was certainly an interesting, intriguing and insightful for me!

Manoj has a natural gift of seeing how you can improve as a speaker. I have asked him to review several of my speeches and have found it very valuable every time. He has made me a better speaker. He will make you a better speaker too.“

Manoj is a fantastic friend, passionate on many topics which make him a well-rounded coach and speaker as well as a true inspiration for others. I have had the chance to work with him for a few years and he is always making time to listen and coach you to be better at whatever you want and maximize your real potential. Every opportunity to meet Manoj on a personal basis is a chance to speak, listen and learn. I can recommend Manoj if you require a coaching whether it is for business or speaking in public or if you simply need guidance to get the best out of you!
During the 10th Regional Symposium of the Project Management Institute (Singapore Chapter), I had the opportunity to attend Manoj’s presentation “Leadership Lessons from the Mouse Trap” which was engaging, energizing and thought-provoking at the same time. He shared with us, how confidence, ownership, communication, diversity and collaboration builds trust and enhances team work as well as make the project output sustainable. His message was clear, entertaining and inspiring and his techniques should definitely be part of every project leader’s skill set. Thank you Manoj.

Thanks for the wonderful talk yesterday. You really understood the direction we wanted and drove a strong message to the dentists. The ballon and toothpick collaboration was the top favorite. You definitely drove the message about collaborating. Thanks for speaking at our event and definitely looking forward to listening to you again.
